Why?: It had been a campaign promise that something would be done. the cells have the potential to cure diseases
How?: The executive order removes the restrictions, thereby allowing scientists to do much more with the cells than ever before.

What?: was injured in a car crash and his wife was killed
Where?: near the capital of Zimbabwe

Why?: because car crashes are dangerous
